How much will it cost?
Carry in service
In our shops we
charge by the problem, not by the hour. Bring your
system in. (Just the problem parts please. We have our own
monitors, keyboards and mice so you don't have to lug
everything.) We will troubleshoot or upgrade it until it
does what you want it to do. And we charge flat rates
for most repairs and upgrades. That means you don't pay for
any mistakes. Or any lunches. At NetPlus, we
try and exceed your expectations.

will be happy to help!
On site service
No matter where you live...
Sometimes
you want help to come to you.
Need
onsite service? Call NetPlus. Our onsite technicians will make
an onsite service call to your home or office, diagnose your
problem, propose and implement a solution.. We carry quite a
stock of IBM compatible replacements parts with us, and can
complete repairs totally on site in almost all cases. And if we
can't fix it onsite, we will take it to our shop and get it back
to you ASAP. NetPlus has been providing dependable
onsite service to the Welch area since 2001. We charge hourly
rates, but there is no travel charge to most area locations.
Your time is valuable. We won't keep you waiting.
How long will it take?
Standard in store turn around time for flat rate troubleshooting
and installs:
3-5 business days
(sometimes sooner, seldom longer)
Standard Onsite Service Have your own personal tech come to you
Generally same day or next day
$65 per hour at you home or place of business
If you need your system sooner than that we are happy to
offer some express service alternatives:
Head of the line For an extra $65 dollars your computer
will go to the Head of The Line. We will contact you within
three hours with a diagnosis and good faith estimate of any
parts needed and time it will take to fix. Every effort will be
made to turn your system around as soon as possible. You may be
asked to pay for overnight shipping of special order parts.
½ - 2 days
$65 .
Drop everything Charge. This is for emergency service or
when you just can’t wait another second. We will put everything
else on hold and work exclusively on your system.
We are bound by
software licensing agreements and require original,
manufacturers CD’s for program re-installs. NetPlus
is not responsible for any data or programs residing on your
computer system
