NetPlus Computers, L.L.C. is offering Remote Repair Services to our customers.  We now have the ability to fix most of your IT problems while you and your computer stay at home and we stay here. You, the client, will download a small file from below which when and only when run will connect to our main office and put us in control of your PC until you end the session. We can in most cases offer these services to you for a cheaper rate. Please call us for details.

Don't worry about firewalls or configuring ports on your router. Your computer, the remote client, connects to our main office therefore initiating the connection

Step One:  Call our office to schedule an assessment of your problem and whether or not it can be solved remotely.

Step Two:  Download and run the file by clicking on the picture below. You may choose to save or run as... By saving to the Desktop or hard drive you can choose to quickly run a remote session at a later time without redownloading the .exe .
